Training Specialist (Argentina)
Overview
Are you passionate about making complex information simple? As a Training Specialist at AAS, you will sit at the intersection of instructional design, content development, and performance management. Your mission is to ensure our teams have the knowledge they need to succeed by building engaging, high-quality enablement content and maintaining the systems that deliver it.
You will work closely with the Training Manager and Trainers/Case Managers to ensure all content reflects current client expectations, legal standards, and internal best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Content Design & Development (50%)
Create & Curate: Design, build, and maintain high-quality enablement content, including slide decks, digital modules, videos, and instructional guides.
Simplify the Complex: Take technical or dense internal processes and translate them into easy-to-digest training materials.
Multimedia Enhancement: Improve and modernize existing training content by upgrading graphics, media, and overall visual appeal.
Quality Control: Oversee the end-to-end development process of new materials, ensuring all content aligns with AAS learning objectives.
Training & Coordination (30%)
Facilitation: Lead and teach internal classes, workshops, and onboarding sessions with confidence and clarity when needed.
Collaboration: Schedule and participate in cross-functional meetings to identify training gaps and align on business needs.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the internal content repository to ensure all training resources are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Performance & Metrics (20%)
Data Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback to measure the impact of training programs.
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and metrics to refine training delivery and content effectiveness.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or content development.
A proven ability to apply adult learning principles to create engaging educational content.
Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Comfortable using data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead the development of multiple training assets simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
Previous ability in using case management software such as Filevine.
