Founded by personal injury attorney Ian Grady, AAS was created after seeing firsthand how hard it was for small and mid-sized law firms to find reliable, affordable, high-quality legal support.
Domestic hiring was slow, expensive, and inconsistent.
Offshore virtual assistants weren’t trained for legal work.
Recruiting drained precious time.
