AAS was founded in 2022 by attorney Ian Grady, who ran a high-volume personal injury firm and saw firsthand how difficult hiring could be — the cost, the turnover, the training burden, the operational drag.

By building a training hub and talent pipeline in Colombia, Ian created a model where firms can scale with reliable, well-trained, bilingual professionals who understand U.S. law and culture.

  • Colombia does not observe Daylight Saving Time, so, in the winter (from first Sunday in November to the second Sunday in March), they are on Eastern Standard Time and, in the summer (from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November), they are Central Daylight Time. This time zone alignment sets AA Staffing apart from staffing solutions with talent from places like the Philippines.
